Went past ‘cool cats place’ one random day, went round the back nah too hard; then again the other day: hey the front fencing looks easy to get through and yep it was. And even better the secured front door was two bits of wood on the frame which sat 10cms out from the door itself heheheh someone had just pushed the door in so easily. Think this was a 40s-60s house originally? actually the newspaper under the torn up floor coverings was 1959, maybe thats around its time of birth? The house seems like it was abandoned for some time, then squatted in and has now been sold and is on massively long land so will become a tasty amount of aprtments for some developer. With hoover, frigidaire and calendar 1974.
