Chad is a street artist from Melbourne loving painting with acrylics in forgotten about places and abandoned spaces most likely with his ‘partner in crime’ debt, active around 2013-2015. Chad is in more recent times Charlie Ingemar Harding a fine artist focusing on his gallery work (sadly no more Debt and Chad abando finds for a very long time – unless they were discovered retroactively like the dd brks pieces (before that section was burnt).)
