John Murray is a street artist / fine artist / illustrator (aka ‘Mort’ Murray) from Lightning Ridge about 800kms inland from Byron Bay- first in melbourne early 2019 and many times since leaving his acrylic ‘stoner art’ emu and kangaroo adventures around the place with characters like ernie emu, kevvie the kanga, anarky emu, raven emu, anca k, effie emu… then moving here in 2022 with wife viki murray
