ndec is a graffiti artist street artist muralist and an incredible photo realist from Tokyo Japan in Australia 2012 then again visiting Melbourne in early 2023 painting mostly his intense ‘vortex nest eyes’ (all those shapes term), and occasionally super lush detailed photo realisms.
