Known for the mysterious secret shows ( i only know of 1 and apparently there were 7-10? all venues now demolished or converted into appartments) and his refined micro work going smaller in the gallery larger outdoors (ive yet to visit hepurn wind farm – he painted a giant character on the side of one of the wind ‘mills’, he continues to expand his world of adventures.

This is most likely a TimThumb permissions error.
Go to the Justified Image Grid settings, TimThumb & CDN tab. Click check permissions then click 0755 or 0777 to see if that works (or do it manually on the files and folders it lists there in case chmod fails).

Another possibility is that you are using W3 Total Cache to minify JS - turn that feature off.
