Keith Haring from New York one of the first ever ‘street artists’ painting his thick lined stick-figurey charos, murals and scenarios in Melbourne in 1984! The Collingwood Technical College mural was restored in August 2013 and has since been throwied and tagged a few times, but cleaned. (The Collingwood Technical College is now home to Circus Oz – it was abando for decades but is heritage listed and so lay in wait for new tenants a long time.)
